I admit, it's cool to speculate about the more fantastic origin theories as to why humans are unnerved by the notion of the Uncanny Valley, but as with most things, the most straightforward and likely explanation is the also the most mundane; prejudice.

I think most of us can agree "Silent Hill Revelation" was A Choice, but as a huge believer in finding treasure among trash and that came in the concept of the Missionary and I wanted to deliver my own variant on it.

Well, to begin with an obvious answer, of course the Xenomorph, can't go wrong with that.
However, for something a tad left of center, I would like to put forward the Event Horizon because it was alive and sentient.

This originally started as a re-do of the "RE2" remake's awesome re-imagining of Ivy before it became something of a speculative long-lost missing link/mutation of a creature from the Cambrian Explosion aka Earth's Epic Evolutionary Acid Trip.
