So, the quartermaster quest markers are a lie. I've tested and confirmed, as long as you're in the correct faction's overland, you can get the drops. The rates are still inconsistent and weird (no drops for a dozen mobs, then one mob dropping 2-3 of the thing), but it's a *little* more doable.

I wish I could at least bring him home as a houseguest or something. Seems the least I could do after...

Okay so I did some digging...according to Clearsky, several of the people who blocked you are not blocking any users via Lists. They also have pretty large Blocking lists. I *suspect* this is a case of people curating their feed by blocking people who's posts randomly appear on their feed.

So it's been a while since I've played, but I read the post before actually looking at the picture and my first thought was "ha, that sounds like the last time I played Borderlands..."
