So, the quartermaster quest markers are a lie. I've tested and confirmed, as long as you're in the correct faction's overland, you can get the drops. The rates are still inconsistent and weird (no drops for a dozen mobs, then one mob dropping 2-3 of the thing), but it's a *little* more doable.

I wish I could at least bring him home as a houseguest or something. Seems the least I could do after...

The real shocker here was 🍺Hegseth🍺 being able to remain standing and balanced for that long...
