Not unlocking the perks is good. Would have been less concerned about the ease of availability for the weapon if they had just waited longer.

Agree in principle as defining exotics as functionally unique, but this is a weapon tied to quest that required effort so giving it away for nothing other than a purchase price does not feel good to me.

Dislike this being offered so soon after release. Feels much less Exotic.
