Gar rolled over, closing his eyes. “You’re warm,” he remarked, making biscuits into Joel’s neck.

“Can’t a man do something for multiple reasons, both entirely selfish?” He purred, claws hanging onto Joel.

“What a creep,” he remarked, watching Joel closely, head tilting ever so slightly.

With his eyes closed, Joel would suddenly feel something on his shoulders as Gar, as a cat, hopped up, lounging across them.

Gar took it and followed suit, trying to match Wally. His eyes were getting red too, providing a contrast to the usual green.

“I get why you’re dating Dick then.”

“Batman is alwaaaays watching,” he mumbled, closing his eyes as he felt the pleasant warmth in his brain. “I sleep naked every night so that’s not too weird… other than the ghosts stealing your pants!”

“HA! Bro wants to be free so bad, he does it in his sleep!

Could be worse, could be you waking up on a rooftop. Sleeping naked isn’t the weirdest thing!”

He hummed, taking another swig before switching bottles. He was definitely going to regret this tomorrow.

He was more of a console gamer so mods still could surprise him.

“…Well, I didn’t want to just drop how much porn I viewed but, uh, yeah. You caught me.

Gar chuckled too, looking Wally up and down. “So, now what? We gonna just sit and wait for it to kick in? Wanna listen to some music? Play a game?”

“…Am I already high?” He took another puff before returning the weed.

“I’m glad you have him, I guess.”

“…Who is Lil’ Mayo?” He asked cautiously, taking the joint and hitting it. He held in the smoke before releasing it through his nose. It made him feel like a dragon.

“That’s so rude! After all the work you do, they’re just gonna stand you up?” He would let Wally work, relaxing back into a chair.

“Well, if you insist!”

“Well, great news. I don’t have buttons to push. Forget about those idiots. Buncha pencil-pushing dorks anyways.”

He offered a genuine smile, hoping it made the guy feel better. You shouldn’t be drunk and sad. You got drunk to ignore being sad!

“What’s their problem with you? You’re fuckin’ awesome, dude!” He placed a hand on Joel’s should, maybe for support or maybe to comfort him. “You’re so cool.”

“Sometimes a man has to sing by himself.”

“Getting high and singing karaoke in my room.”

“By myself or with other people?”

“We should throw a party, not clean!”
