rough day brightened a little bit by a massive flock of white faced ibis feeding in the field next to my house. not light I would typically shoot in but mid day sun does wonders for those feathers.

Fun video for sure! I think people learning birds on cheaper gear teaches you really good habits with the big one being learning subject behavior. Gear compromises mean a little bit less when you learn to be in the right place & know what your stuff can and can't do.
