The share of employees in low pay (defined as people with hourly pay below 2/3 median) has fallen to an all time low of 3 per cent thanks to increases in the minimum wage.

That awkward thing where you write an annual report called 'Low Pay Britain' but 'low pay' has been all but eliminated (on the standard hourly pay < 2/3 median measure).

There was a pub in Oxford that used to list the people who hadn't drunk there ( may still do). You could have a decent pint knowing that CS Lewis , Tolkein, Inspector Morse and Lewis Carroll never went there.

One of the things I miss since the other place went toxic was some of the silly/funny threads alongside the serious stuff. Some people I follow did both and I felt I understood them better when I saw both sides of character. 1/2
