I attended my first ever MTG pre-release today, I had to show up and spend money on Final Fantasy. I actually partook in two events and went 2-1-0 and 2-0-1 respectively. Had a ton of fun and met some cool people.

Same thing on my end. Reddit has a big thread about it and it sounds like customer service is completely out of the loop and less than helpful. For now I'm just going to ride it out.
