It's an absurd press conference because they have to pretend that the crap pouring out of his mouth has meaning. But the main takeaway is that he is accusing the Supreme Court of disloyalty to the United States and is ignoring their ruling.

A related version of this is the folks acting like it’s some sort of sage wisdom to be constantly prepared for an absolute worst case type scenario, when in reality that’s just anxiety and/or leftwing prepperism (often under the guise of “raising awareness” of something)
