I was thinking about how for many #Bollywood actors, their 2nd/3rd role is always the game changer. The one that proves their talent/belonging.
Messy characters, gritty roles, complete counter programming subject matter, crime drama, etc.

I'll start.

I'm well into #War2, and never have I ever felt a LACK of Tiger Shroff in a movie, as hard as I'm feeling it now.

And that too, in a Hrithik movie?! Unheard of!!

Hrithik’s intro in #War2 basically calling back to the first movie, but this time even his victims are in awe of his hotness— is the appropriate escalation I want in a sequel.

If the whole movie is just the 1st, but the outrageous & goofy ramped up— I’m in for a good time!

I’m SECONDS into #War2 & already I have so many questions. Mostly CGI Wolf related—

Is Hrithik’s intro this time from the wolf’s POV? The wolf gaze?

So Hrithik’s hotness transcends species, causing even a wolf to submit at his mere presence?!

I like Shane Black.

Although, while I enjoy *most* of his movies, I would love to see someone else direct his screenplays.

Because the writing is always tight— but execution somehow falters somewhere along the way. Not always. But mostly.

Than the entire runtime of whatever improv sketch of a debut movie that he did.

I think my favourite version of SRK playing himself, is the insecure and antagonistic SRK he plays in #TheBadsOfBollywood. 🤣🤣

The SRK cameo in #TheBadsOfBollywood reminded me how long it’s been since SRK has done one of his classic type roles. The excitable, comedic, underdog hero.

While I love Pathaan and Jawan— I always preferrrd SRK when his characters aren’t badass and heroic through out.

I was not prepared for how good #TheBadsOfBollywood is!

I got burnt out from the wave after wave of #Bollywood streaming crime thrillers & gangster dramas.

So this action rom-com masala movie concept expanded into a long form series is very refreshing. & executed brilliantly!

Totally was not expecting to like THIS specific part of #TheBadsOfBollywood —

But I am loving that there are countless variations for the English translation of ‘chootiye’ in the subtitles.

I don’t think they ever used the same word twice. So far… 🤣🤣🤣

So far into episode 1 of #TheBadsOfBollywood and I’ve been pretty mixed.

But when you do a #BobbyDeol entrance scene with an electric guitar version of the Soldier theme song—

I remember not being a fan of the originals. But I was an actual kid at the time. Also dumb.

But anytime #LiamNeeson has tried comedy, it’s worked for me. LOVED, actually. And I can’t not check out what many say is the year’s best comedy.

So... genuine question:

Is the #DCU #Clayface movie going to be about the same character as the one in #CreatureCommandos ?

Because... shared universe?

#CreatureCommandos was not what I was expecting at all!

Initially reminding me of #TheLegendOfVoxMachina , it totally becomes its own, weird little thing.

What I thought was going to be a light entry into the #DCU, has surprising depth, heart and almost too much emotion?

Whoa!! Ok. So I know nothing about the Kabuki Warriors. It was before I got back in.

But I was still terrified of #Asuka. Like, she’s an absolute psychopath in the best possible way!

But mist? MIST !?!?

That is some #AttitudeEra shit right there! #WWE #WWERaw. Jeez. 🤯

So James Gunn got me with #GOTGVol3, and now again with #CreatureCommandos.

Taking 2 aggressively startling characters, fashioned after cuddly (debateable) creatures & giving them tragic and emotionally devastating origin stories to make audiences bawl— Dammit, James!! #DCU

I remember everyone saying it was the best episode of #CreatureCommandos when it released.
Weeks later, I get it.

The Weasel flashbacks of episode 4 were devastating. It ended with me desperately holding back tears. #DCU

“Probably just chasing squirrels.” !! 😫😭

The more I think about the #DCU actors being the same across all mediums (potentially), the more #CreatureCommandos excites me!

Especially after that incredible episode 2 origin story?!

If he wasn’t already Muse in #DaredevilBornAgain, I could’ve totally seen #HunterDoohan as the new #MCU Cyclops.

His performance in both seasons of #Wednesday is like an awesome audition reel for Cyclops. S2 shows he can go dark too for when Cyclops, you know— loses it a li’l.

Looking back, the concerns over, if James Gunn can handle the vibe of Superman, feel so out of place.

The 3 official releases of the #DCU so far, #Superman, #CreatureCommandos and #Peacemaker S2 are SO wildly different in tone, subject matter and even intended audiences.

You wanna know how I can generally tell if someone is racist?
