It’s unacceptable that there are any servicemembers experiencing food insecurity. I’m pushing Congress to take concrete action to address military hunger in this year’s NDAA because it is our duty to take care of the men and women who sacrifice so much to serve their country.

Santa Cruz Metro awarded $1.1 million to improve paratransit services Metro’s Paratransit Vehicle Replacement Project will benefit from $1.1 million provided through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, passed in 2021.

I am proud to work with @RepZoeLofgren to secure $1.1M in federal funding for new Paratransit vehicles for Santa Cruz County. This funding will reduce public transportation operating costs, improve service and continue to meet the needs of residents across the county.
