Very glad to hear there's momentum on making hybrid work properly in Commander at long last.

I wish companions didn't take into account the Commander sometimes, but alas that's not true. I just want a little greedy Keruga in my turbo ramp deck, but the commander costs 2 mana.

This is a reasonable sort of thing to ask, though on the other hand, for hybrid in particular, I've been low key annoyed with the RC's decision on this matter for a decade. As much as I love Commander, I don't think ever RC decision was good. Nor do I think ever WotC decision will be.

The only data I have is that my doctor didn't want to inject more often, so I got my dose upped. I was getting hot flashes, it was terrible. I'm doing good with 0.5 ml a few years in, but your experience may vary. No harm in upping it though, I think. You can always scale back if needed.

Respectfully, this won't come anywhere near compromising that. And imo making hybrid work consistently between different formats is a boon to learning the game.

How about, “it cost Canadians 1 billion dollars to have a national postal service” which works out to costing about $25 a year per person (population of Canada in 2024 = 40 million). Seems like a pretty reasonable cost to me.
