Just to clarify: Hands Off! was initiated by Indivisible. The protest on April 5 is not, though Indivisible encourages those who wish to participate.

I think about the future of American modern and contemporary dance. Who will the dancers be? Will they be paid? Who will the audience be? Will they buy tickets? Who will the critics be? Will they understand concert dance in all its aesthetics? Or will modern dance end, replaced by competition?
