More than half of train drivers surveyed have had to request an emergency toilet break while. Many also shared concerns that if they call for an emergency break they would be disciplined.
We're calling for Dignity for Drivers so that drivers can access toilets when they need to.
Before privatisation the companies seemed to care about staff who worked for them, now it's all about performance indicators, numbers and shareholders
