First part of summer focused on Aristotle. Moving on to Hobbes (De Cive & Leviathan) before ending the summer with some Nietzsche

Grades for my summer course are posted! Now, I get to relax, play golf, slowly get ready for the fall semester, and, most importantly, supervise an outstanding undergraduate research project on Aristotle, Hobbes, decency/equity, & the tension between justice and the law.

Up to date on all grading for my summer course. One exam to go!

Too damn hot outside so I will be staying inside and doing a careful reading of Book III of Aristotle’s Politics.

My nephews are visiting and definitely getting older. Played basketball today for the first time in probably 30 years

In the cell phone lot at the airport waiting for my sister & family to arrive while watching people try to back into parking spots is painful. These people are so bad & everyone is doing it.

I don’t have a clue what she is thinking, but those crazy eyes tell me it cannot be good #caturday

New grill delivered today. Plans tonight so I will not be firing her up until tomorrow
