I spent a night with Oli Carter-Esdale, the landlord of their latest victim, The Trafalgar in Wimbledon.

Oli is a mate of mine and one of the best publicans to grace London. These developers are ripping the heart out of so many communities and it's truly disgusting.

I mean it's hard to say - I don't think it's religious at all, my guess is that pubs make a landlord less money per square metre than homes can. He's far from the only developer that's done this just is really prolific.
