Also really interested in Neither the Sea Nor the Sand. Has anyone seen it and can give a recommendation?

The fact that Vinegar Syndrome is bringing The Keep into the light of day (in 4K no less!) is nothing short of astonishing. November’s lineup is just incredible (the very best they’ve released). What a time to be alive - every single year is a new Golden Age for physical media!

Let’s make North by Northwest a Thanksgiving film. It has travel by planes, trains, and automobiles. Our protagonist is held under duress as a houseguest leading him to chug bourbon. Roger Thornhill is our everyman for the holidays.
New 4K disc looks glorious.

Finally getting to outlier Hitchcock. Carole Lombard steals the show (how could she not?) Interesting as a point of contrast to Hitch’s other film from 1941. There isn’t the threat of poisoned milk here, but Lombard and Montgomery are deliciously venomous in their goofy remarriage plot.

Criterion’s new 4K is a thing of beauty too.
