Plant Biology Education - creating a vision for the future

And that’s a wrap! What a fantastic meeting #PlantSciEd in Lancaster turned out to be! So many rich discussions, and lovely to meet new people as well as catch up with old friends. Watch this space for meeting outputs, including potential Manifesto for Plant Biology Education

Good teaching and mentoring are key forms of impact.

We now have three workshops. We start with Andrea Paterlini @apaterlini.bsky.social and Liz Alvey talking about "Building effective and inclusive plant science teaching" #PlantSciEd
They point out that teaching and mentoring should be credited as highly as article citations.

Sounds great in fairness.

First day was excellent, even though I could only join online. Great job all the organisers👌
