This should make it easier for you. But you’re lagging behind the Republicans because you can’t rebuild trust or inspire confidence. I’m not donating to the DNC until they prove they can get candidates elected.

Good communication. Maybe you belong in that segment of the DNC. Not leading it, mind you, but as a wordsmith under the direction of strategic thinkers who know how to appeal to a broader audience, compellingly, powerfully, in a timely manner.

Minnesota is an awesome place. You should stay there. Resign and spend time with your family. Leave DNC leadership to smart, enthusiastic people who are willing to put up their dukes.

But you’re still far behind Republicans. Why? You’re part of the problem. You’re an old-school milquetoast Democrat, part of the system that has allowed the Republicans to run the country. You don’t even like your job, for chrissake. You alienate the youth vote we so desperately need. Resign.
