One thing I've noticed watching the Formula 2 races this weekend, and as per the letter of the racing guidelines - any driver attempting an overtake around the outside of 2 will almost certainly be pushed off track without penalty since its so hard to be ahead at the apex on the outside #F1 #QatarGP

If they had the option of giving 4 points, I see no reason why he wasn't given the full 4. It was an act of anger, using car as a weapon.
