Wish citizens of other countries who rightly condemn Trump and the fascism he has brought to America would ask *their own* leaders to do something about *their own* corporate support of turning America into the Fourth Reich.

Seems to me like there’s a lotta similarities between the conservatives who get all worked up about the latest idiotic moral panic and leftists who get all worked up about the latest “rhetorical betrayal” by Democratic leaders in Congress.

Keep a close eye on your down-ballot races. More mainline Republicans who know they can’t win on the current atmosphere are running in lower positions to try to set themselves up for after the fall (of the already weakened Trump). Keep them out.

I don't entirely disagree with her. Organizations need funding to be useful. In the larger society, "dues" are called "taxes."

It seems the problem is 1) Dems aren't a monolith, and therefore 2) (in poster's opinion) not responsive to being "disciplined" as a Party by means of withholding funds.

I interpret this as saying "it's unacceptably hard to inflict the desired collective punishment." But I could be wrong

Unfortunately voters, white voters in particular, keep voting for Republicans, that chip away at any reforms and tie Dems hands, then bitch about it.
