I actually think LCM in a 3 would be the perfect role for him. He has enough bite and physicality, and is also effective in attack. A good carrier too.

This feels achievable but perhaps Schmid would be better value?

I assume they don’t think Scarles has the attacking qualities and they’re also possibly considering that Guilherme will not want to play there 🤷‍♂️

Diouf must’ve been well scouted. He’s quick, had a high number of goal involvements last season and has played a lot of football for his age.

There must be belief in his potential, and Guilherme is pretty much an experiment there.

I’m convinced we’ll start the season with this back 5.
