Yes I forgot a weekly post. I forgot/got overwhelmed. I'm currently redoing a picture I butchered by mistake. Sadly I'm finishing it out of principal so it feels more like work than fun.

One of the things I love most about getting hit by panic attacks is when I try to figure out what triggered it, most of the time my body just goes "Lol! IDK!"

Was trying to motivate myself to make more stuff to post because I'm fighting that feeling that my stuff isn't ___ enough. Had the weird thought of "at least I don't have to deal with art theft or having my work feed into an AI."At least right now, I know I wouldn't have energy or time for that.

Oh I'm sure there ARE places like that. But they probably filter out that kind of negativity, so you likely need to find them and then reach out.
The problem is most of the time that negativity comes from an emotional place leading to volatile & reactionary behavior. And misery loves company.

I think it just has to do with the individual's passion for said hobby. I can think of a few where people came in and really liked an I.P and then it was sold, changed production or something and are unhappy because they want it to go back to how it was. Which never happens.

As someone who is familiar (to some extent I fell off at some point) I still couldn't tell you what goes on. For something with so much going on they BLEW past a lot of concepts already. Not that slowing down to try and explain them would be a good option either.

No I'm not dead. I've got something in the works. And I'm trying to focus it out because I really have like... 5 and I've felt like I've been making 0 progress. Even focusing on this particular project is taking longer than I suspected.

As someone who's played a lot of WoD, I found it's a fantastic setting (I'm familiar with the old variant so I know less about newer stuff like Cain.) but the books were horrible to look through for rules and even if you did find them they would often feel more like suggestions than rules. Still fun

My favorite thing about being an artist is getting *this* far into a project before your brain goes "I hate it. Do it again." and you scrap the whole thing and start over. Anyways guess I let out what my current project is.

this was supposed to be another speed drawing. But in saving it I mucked everything up. God damn it. I'm missing a few layers. Ah, well out of time. Anyways this is the old man my PC's have been dealing with. An extremely old Fae they call Mr. Pumpernickel.
