Hey, I'm Alex, also known as ImpactFrame!

I'm a 2D character artist/animator, often focusing on ttrpgs and action sequences (or whatever the current interest is).

I am still on the lookout for regular animation work, if you're recruiting for a project!

For real, luck was not on their side last night. Two thirds of their rolls were below 10 on the die, and half of those were a 1 or 2.

The two main characters of Bug Ego confront an intruder in their shared lucid dream.

Recently started reading Bug Ego after learning it was written by ONE (One Punch Man and Mob Psycho).

So far, it's fun and pretty weird. But damn, Kyoto Shitara, the artist for it, is quite good at mixing art styles and techniques to create unsettling visuals.

Signs hung up on a board for Diwali and Halloween. Both list dates of "October 31th", despite Diwali being (from what I could gather) from the 18th to the 20th. The Diwali sign contains an unnecessary sentence break. The Halloween sign has several errors with foreground objects being behind background ones and vice versa. Several branches seem to melt and twist together, hinting at potential AI usage.

Been getting the urge to try getting into Blender lately.

I have some limited experience with 3D modeling/rigging/animation in Maya from college, but it's been a hot minute.
We'll see if this goes anywhere. I should probably at least finish up my current animation project first.

Started the Stonewalkers campaign today. Just starting to get used to running prewritten stuff, but I think the session went well, given my players were talking about being hooked immediately by the plot and a Big Lore™ drop.

They've also noted all the NPCs as being hot so far, so there's that too.

Definitely picked up with this late season hot weather, so my guess is it has something to do with them seeking shelter before the seasons change. Idk, I'm certainly no expert on the subject.
