Inspiring keynote lecture @pug2025.bsky.social I loved:

1) non-parametric Bayesin structure HMM: no need to commit to a fixed # of states to describe data a-priori, instead, # of states is learned from data

2) combining blackbox RNNs with interpretable scalers (eg. confusion) to get to mechanisms
