I have made the terrible mistake of buying name brand rice cakes bc the cheap ones were out. And they're so much better... Salty and doesnt have massive craters

I had a while where I literally needed to eat for energy to protect myself and it's been slowing tearing at my self esteem. I only gained like 5 lbs over 6 months but fuck. It's so much easier to gain than lose. I feel so fat
