i started noticing on the opening credits that the battle kept on getting bigger and bigger … i realized it was the team inserting more and more references

fair point … while watching (and re-watching) i learned new things …

i imagine one could watch LD with limited lore background and still enjoy it …

the fans generally (I think) like SNW better than DISCO…

i watching DISCO just to get the SNW tie in …

Lower Decks was pretty good imo …

Fan service … Lots of guest stars … Lots of call backs but also its own thing …

as with everything … your mileage may vary …

i ran out of steam on the last season of DS9 … i have seen some of the “finale” … it was hard to watch Voyager … sorry …

ST SNW, i felt, kept my attention more than DISCO … i couldn’t get past episode 3 of DISCO… There aren’t as many bangers as “classic” trek … i was thinking about it on the way to work … imo nearly all of TOS and most of TNG had great episodes … well at least most of TOS have memorable episodes …

i was more shocked that Frontpage is still around …

aside from i have lived near there … the Lake CDA is quiet relaxing …
