Sexual misconduct allegations didn’t stop Trump picking these candidates
Several of the president-elect’s selections for top jobs in his administration have faced accusations of sexual misconduct.
The Kavanaugh victory helped set the stage for Trump’s latest picks, said Jennifer Lawless. “He was willing to double down and the movement was willing to double down,” she said of Trump and his allies’ getting Kavanaugh confirmed. “I think he thought he won that round, he’ll do it again.”
