You need to enable VBI Frequency Override, set it to 200%.

To this day, I have no solid confirmation. Dolphin ran them at 30FPS until recently, FRWL required a patch to do 60FPS. When I played EON and FRWL on my real Cube, it felt like 60 but it could just be interlacing.

Now they're playable at 60 in Dolphin.

In an hour and half I'll be streaming Ant Bond! A mod for GoldenEye that makes Bond even smaller than when using the Tiny mode.

Player speed is heavily affected by this, but there's a surprise for the bigger levels.

Yeah it is related to the level and settings, not the model itself. This mod copies the stats from the different type of guards in Aztec (camping, AR33, and reinforcements) and brings them over to every other level.

Streaming GoldenEye's "Oops, All Aztec" challenge in an hour from now! This mod replaces every enemy with the Moonraker Elite guards from Aztec, including their stats.
