All the estimates of Springfield's Haitian population are wrong
Forget the sensationalized reports. The real figure is much smaller.
Additionally, Springfieldโs housing vacancy rate remains unchanged (and high) at 13.1%.

The actual number is presumably higher (the ACS reflects a rolling sample over 5 years and this is a โhard-to-reachโ population), but also consider that the allegedly explosive growth of Springfield is in fact negative, now 58,410 total (down from 58,645 last year) data.census.gov/table/ACSDP5...
