The US Supreme Court has rejected an effort to overturn its same-sex marriage ruling.
Fourth Hero Half Marathon in the books. Not sure why I don’t run it every year. Not my best time, not my worst. Better than I’d thought I’d be able to pull off going in. Finished fourth in my division, 84th out 328 overall.

Voters upset with both parties broke toward Democrats—meaning the party still has a lot of work to do to keep them.

– A Democrat beat a Republican (who happens to be VP Vance's half-brother) to become mayor of Cincinnati.
– Maine voters overwhelmingly defeated a ballot measure to ban mail-in voting.
– CA voters approve Prop 50.
