Personally, it helps me deliver faster especially on things I'm not an expert with. Say, I need to write an Oauth pop-up. It's not rocket science, but I didn't do it for years, I'll have to go read up on docs. Claude just knows how. And if it's bullshitting me, I do know enough to understand that

There's a chance you don't need MCP at all. Claude is great at using GH CLI without extra instructions.

I'd enjoy getting somewhere more if I didn't have a goal of being _fast_. E.g, 7 hour flight is fine if you go sightsee and rest before the next leg, but not if you gotta run to the 3 hour taxi ride

At the same time, it did provide enough help to stop Ukraine from collapsing, and so we got a long meat grinder. Would Ukraine's total collapse be any better than what we have? Probably not, but current situation sucks enough that I long for alternate timelines.
