Fair enough! Some stories just lose their spark once you’ve set them down. What usually makes you decide to give one another a shot?

That’s a good call, updating reviews later keeps things fair. Storygraph makes that so easy! Do you often go back to those books?

That makes total sense. I’m the same way. As a beta reader, I always explain why something didn’t work for me, but never rate it. Feedback should guide, not judge. Have you ever changed your mind about a DNF later on?

If I DNF, I’ll still leave a short note explaining why, but I skip the star rating unless I’ve read enough to judge fairly. I think it’s more about context than critique. Do you usually rate DNFs or just share your thoughts?
