Found: 650-year-old shoe, in vulture nest Many unexpected human artifacts have been preserved, for centuries, in vulture nests.

A moment away from politics with a wonderful piece of cross-species preservation of the past

Itโ€™s baffling to me that so much of the U.S. (and the world) has decided that letting their kids get sick at school all the time (and spread illness to their parents and everyone else) is preferable to just โ€ฆ adequately cleaning indoor air

WELL NOW, would you look at that? A massive GLOBAL study revealed COVID-19 vaccines utilizing mRNA technology PREVENTED OVER 2.5 MILLION deaths WORLDWIDE between 2020 and 2024.

It reveals that vaccinations didnโ€™t JUST protect against illness.

They PRESERVED nearly 15 MILLION years of human life.

"Everyone Drank Raw Milk!" No They Didn't
YouTube video by Farm to Taber "Everyone Drank Raw Milk!" No They Didn't

When people say "We used to drink raw milk from our own cow and it was fine,"

That's... usually not the case!

In families w their own cow, the mom usually boiled it before using.

We just forgot bc that's a boring chore that mom did. And who pays attention to that?

I realize broad science-literacy problems cannot generally be solved just by shoving more facts at people but I really wish more people understood that the entire purpose and mechanism of a vaccine is to educate your OWN immune system, making it about the most "natural" medical intervention possible

When you reach for the rat poisons, stop for one second and think about where it goes. Often not rats and mice. Here we demonstrate it ends up in possums, many are then eaten by predators like powerful owls.

Measles 2025 | NEJM In this article on measles, the authors review the epidemiology, clinical presentation, and associated illnesses as well as treatment and prevention strategies.

Great Measles 2025 update in NEJM. It is unfortunate we need this but measles is on course to return to endemicity in the United States and Canada. A self inflicted predicament thanks to the spread and rise of anti-vaccine rhetoric.
