This club seems to be: play trance until someone is doing karaoke, abruptly stop trance, immediately go into karaoke, then when they're done immediately switch back to trance.

It's entertainment whiplash that you've never felt.

Everyone is a knob head who blocks people on twitch. The trick is to not speak to anyone, just look at them from afar and go "ooh"

Starmer wouldn't understand the true power of murmuring words that sound a bit like the song you're trying to sing, loudly, into a microphone.

Left PlayExpo and found a random club where everyone is hammered and singing songs they don't know on Karaoke and it's the best you've seen of humanity at 18:30.

Q: Does Jane want to Paddle?

It's gotten to the point where I can't lift my right arm above eye level, nor can I put it behind my back and twist. It's a gamble on whether I spend the day in pain or not based on how many times I've triggered it when I sleep, where I can't control it.

I've contacted them once a week so far, but hit a brick wall with the last one. When I got in touch with the secretary who deals with booking the scans, the best she could give me was "hopefully we'll find out when you will get the scan this month".

So I'm in a queue for a date for a queue.

I'm absolutely done in with it. I'm constantly shattered or in pain, or both. And currently it's taken 3 months and £200+ to get put into an indefinite queue simply to find out what the issue is, let alone resolve it.

I guess I'm just writing all of this out because it's incredibly disappointing, and ultimately my injury is a painful but largely minor one. I dread to think how anyone suffering with something more serious is navigating through the current maze of back and forth with a crippled NHS...

In the meantime, I'm given drugs. "Here's some Codeine, don't take it too often though, it's incredibly addictive". That's what they said at the start. Since then, they've upped the dose twice and given me over 150 pills in the space of 2 months. It does nothing but take the edge off...

I look at private - bearing in mind I live out in the sticks - not only would it cost £300, it would also mean travelling 100 miles using an entirely unreliable rail service which would likely cost another £100. So I'm back to waiting...

That was a month ago. I still have no scan date. I have since come to find that the local area doesn't having an ultrasound scanner, it's actually packed into a van like a weird ice cream truck, and they currently don't know when it'll be back...

After a month of doing that, and with things getting worse, the physio wrote me up a recommendation for a scan, as by this point he's certain it's an impingement and it's now most likely causing tendonitis.

A week later I finally get a doctor who confirms it probably is, and requests a scan...

It started as a slight pain just over 3 months ago, out of nowhere. A week later, I got a docs appointment. Try these exercises. A week later nothing had changed, so I decided to pay for private physio to see if that would help.

The answer: Do these different exercises....

I've had an issue with my shoulder for the past 3 months that's progressively been getting worse and more painful. It's a shoulder impingement which has also created tendonitis, and it means that sometimes I get just a few hours of sleep a night, multiple nights in a row...

I've got one worse...

It's the fire alarm next door, in an empty rental house. It beeps once every 60 seconds. It has done this for 4 days.

I am currently so in tune with the fire alarm that I can beep in harmony.
