The most helpful content isnโt just inspiring โ itโs structured, simple, and actionable.
What this means for you: If youโve felt overwhelmed by ideas but unsure how to take action, youโre not alone.

Last day of "What's holding you back" founders survey insights:
Thereโs a strong demand for practical, actionable advice. Youโre not looking for theory โ you want clear steps, quick wins, and real stories from founders whoโve been in your shoes.
Awesome! It takes courage to do this step and youโve done it!
Good luck and keep me posted ๐
What this means for you:
If youโve felt exhausted or struggled to stay motivated, thatโs not a sign of weakness โ itโs a sign that youโre doing hard, meaningful work.
More founders are recognizing that taking care of themselves is key to building something great.

Second insight from my founder survey:
Mental wellbeing matters.
Alongside business challenges, founders are feeling the weight of burnout and staying motivated โ a reminder that building something great takes both strategy and self-care.
Be honest: how many times this week have you felt completely drained but pushed on anyway?
This next survey finding is a big one. ๐

If you're feeling pulled in a million directions, you're probably right.
Figuring out which direction matters most feels like the first step. #saas #founders #buildinpublic
Talked to a bunch of SaaS founders lately about what's bugging them.
Turns out, it's rarely just ONE thing.
Procrastination, feeling lost, and the scaling monster all seem to show up for the party at the same time.
I promised you the survey results of technical early stage SaaS founders, what's really holding them back?
What are the common struggles and surprising insights that you can learn from?
Follow me so you don't miss it, tomorrow I'll start with surprising insight 1 of 3!
#buildinpublic
I asked early stage saas founders about their struggles in a survey and I promised to share the results.
Stay tuned, really surprising results!
Iโm still here, just more quiet.
I did the classic mistake: Trying to handle too many channels.
But I learned more about me and my voice.
I will share more about it in the next days.
Hold me accountable !
How did it feel the last time you came back from a reflective Pause?

2025 is all about rocketsโbut not this one. Iโm excited to see where it goes and just enjoying the ride.
This project reminded me of things Iโd forgotten about myself and became the catalyst for everything happening now, five years later. Grateful for that.
Wish Iโd have documented in text, because now I definitely donโt remember much of it anymore. Itโs still somewhere in my old apartment, broken.
You just need to make it work with what you have: 3D printer, hacksaw, scrap wood ๐ฌ
Absolutely, Iโm always on the lookout for challenges. My competitive mindset at play here.
I will be back, not in the short future but soon(tm)
I slowly realise jokes are very difficult via text only. This is the second occurrence this week ๐ฅน
