I called them and politely explained the situation. They confirmed all these addresses DO exist and are refunding our office the $ we're out for the stamps. Appreciate that, but we've got patients waiting for money from claims :( NOT cool to do that to people, Canada Post.

I am very pro union/pro strike. But I'm pretty darn salty Canada Post sent back a stack of 15 properly addressed and stamped envelopes for insurance claims and patients from the beginning of September saying all those addresses don't exist?!
