That was one of the tightest games Ive played. Pace was nailed through the entire playthrough and not an ounce of waste in the experience. I felt pretty damn powerful compared to the first one, and the change to 3rd person certainly removes a lot of that tension when you can just skill gap em.

Played one comp match with 3 bonus drops and none of them were brought up in power. Either bonus drops that have been obtained prior to the update are not impacted by this change or the change isnt working as intended?

Ive never actually enjoyed metroidvania games. Wouldnt have guessed Silksong would be the first one I ever rolled credits on and also become one of my top 5 all time gaming experiences.
