Last week, I presented research into the use of community benefit agreements in offshore wind development in a webinar hosted by @nature.org. It was a great conversation about the potential for CBAs and which states are leading the charge. Please check out recording, www.youtube.com/watch?v=KJXv...
31.01.2025 10:48 β π 10 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0I was quoted in The Daily Upside on the conflict between OPEC+ and U.S. oil production goals. I don't see the economics or geology to support any immediate major boost in production. The numbers don't add up.

Peggy Giordano from the Department of Energy's Grid Deployment Office, and VLGS 1L, talked the IEE about her work supporting a stronger and more resilient transmission grid.
What do you do when your student works on federal grid deployment strategies?
You invite them to present. So happy to have Peggy Giordano from DOE's Grid Deployment Office, and VLGS 1L, present on the GDO's programs to create a stronger, bigger, and more resilient transmission grid.
It is so much fun to watch our students enjoy their successes and celebrate their accomplishments. I am proud to belong to a community of changemakers and to watch my students grow into incredible lawyers and advocates.

Conversations with experts also make for a better learning environment.
