it is wild how many non-trans people seem to be taking an issue with this extremely correct thread: transphobia was an extreme minority position that was isolated to fringe reactionary christian conservatives, but through "liberal" publications laundering bigoted talking points it became accepted

there's other awful content in that section too. this is a blatant attempt to define transgender americans out of legal existence.

the downstream effects of something like this could be monstrous. let your senators know you support them challenging this on the floor.
