It DOES feel like THE foundation of the evie belief system, for sure. Weirdly prioritizes scripture over Christ, too.

Enjoying my experience on BS so far. I'm an associate professor in Illinois--teaching & researching extremism, ideology, and international trends in violence....as well as weird things like UFO narratives/beliefs.

I feel like inerrancy is but a symptom/outcome of a more fundamental process (i.e., it's the sacred/profane dichotomy that is rigidly applied that may lead to other problems if not correctly thought through). Or, I'm wrong.

...and it's "sacred" order, so non-negotiable. Even if it's chaos and destruction...must be a purifying fire! /s
