Taken with a telephoto lens for a high up perspective, the image captures a small vignette of the wider landscape. At the bottom of the square frame is some swirling mist drifting across the landscape. Above, autumnal colours seemingly bursting forth from every part of the image, bathed in early morning light. The main focal point is one tree that stands apart from the others and a barn that sits nearby. A quintessential depiction of the Peaks, once again the Hope Valley did not disappoint.
