Full SNAP benefits start to go out even as the Trump administration appeals A federal judge ordered the government to fully fund food aid by Friday. The Trump administration's appeal was denied, so it's asking appealed, saying it's up to Congress to fund SNAP.

There is no doubt at all that the Trump Administration spent the emergency USDA SNAP fund and they may have even spent the regular SNAP funds.

In this article they claim USDA would have to dig in couches for something that isn’t there.
