Explain it like I never saw Schoolhouse Rock: Dems and GOP legislate and pass a budget, compromise enough to allocate spending across all states. President signs budget. Then new president cuts stuff to the Dem states, pockets cash. Constitutional? And why should Dems ever engage in process again?

Indeed, with the latest vile rhetoric in what has been a shameful campaign, Andrew Cuomo has emptied the last shards of honor from what was once a respected family name in American politics. His father would be sickened to know that his son is in so many ways, absolute trash.
