Conservas is a solo only bag builder game with multiple monthly missions. It's super quick and stream lined. Looking forward to more.

I got to play three new (to me) systems at @breakoutcon.bsky.social: Mothership, Big Grave Fashion Fantasy, and Draw Steel. I also ran SHIFT.

A Tim Hortons gift card, business cards for Soul Operator and Shouting Crow Press, And a sticker for Misty Mountain Gaming (dot com). On the other side of the Shouting Crow Press is a small TTRPG game. You are a CROW. You went to get a SHINY THING. You have two stats: BOLD & CLEVER. Begin the gome with 5 points each. When you want to do something challenging, roll 1d20 and add a relevant stat. If the total is higher then the dificulty of the task, you succeed. 10, tough. 15, hard. 20, improbable. 25, incredible. Any time you roll a natural 20, add a single point to the stat you intended to apply to the roll. Any time you roll a 1, subtract a point.

Other cards which makes me think the Magic card came from @breakoutcon.bsky.social. I love that one card has its own mini TTRPG on the back. And I got a Tim Horton gift card and didn’t use it, noooooo! 😧

Finished @breakoutcon.bsky.social with Brindlewood Bay - squee'ing when I saw the Maven Moves, I knew +90% of the references.

This yrs takeaway: BB and Blades in the Dark were standouts for me, enjoyed Cypher System, SHIFT was fresh and interesting.
