Franzi Schimmer captured this Grizzly bear in Brooks Falls, Alaska just floating along, tippy-tapping down the river, browsing the salmon.

Prior to hibernation, up to 40% of a bear's body mass is fat, which is less dense than water (~0.9 g/cm^2), so the murder-monster is also a floaty-boaty.

I just now noticed these stretch marks. I love my new tiger stripes (though the itchiness is unpleasant)

Unfortunately I’m the type of person who can’t eat the same thing too many times in a row or I’ll get sick of it and become nauseous while eating it. It’s a criminally cruel balancing act.

I don’t like eating fast food all the time but I really just don’t have the energy to cook food more than once a day.

I’ve slowly been gaining again, which is a relief after I plateaued for a bit, but my ability to eat a lot took quite a hit recently. I went from a daily 4000 to where 3000 is pushing it.

I don’t know how to elaborate this, but I’m frustrated with the lack of finely polished, reverent art of fat people. Like, there is plenty of art made deep from the heart, but I can’t think of a time I saw art of a fat person that truly stunned me at how well done it was. Where is our fat Da Vinci
