Well, the winter wind didn't cut through me like a knife this morning. I have to be honest: I have been less than motivated by the bone-chilling cold that comes off Lake Murray, Irmo, SC, and rolls all the way to my home base. But I layered up to continue exploring the surrounding areas.

I have so been missing the cleansing that water provides since I moved.

As I spend time in my quasi-hibernation mode, I can feel and start to work on the different layers of my being. Similar to the many wonderful layers and textures I am always drawn to at waterfalls. Each has a different course. A different goal. Or just enjoy the journey........ who knows......

Hopefully its inhabitants will also do so!!
