It's all openreach so I'm just assuming the service will be similar to BT but at almost half the price. We had to use that dongle on and off for months until they had everything sorted. Essentially someone initially wired it all up wrong outside.

Is EE not BT? We just switched to sky from BT fttp (as much cheaper) but we had a free 4g dongle thing from them when we had initial problems after moving into a new house with l fttp. Had it delivered next day as well. Might be worth investigating
