Visited on Tuesday 01/07, could only find 4 x Little Terms then.

10.55am, Carlton Marshes - Purple Heron sited from Octagon view point. Along the dyke running parallel with the track.

3 x young Kestrels keeping eyes open for returning parents. Their nest was at the top of this war memorial, some 40/45 feet up.

Last day of our 3 weeks on Cyprus. Not much bird watching as I did promise Mrs W some time together. So not many highlights - Cyprus Wheatear, Cyprus Warbler, Hoopoe, Jay ( African species ).

Week 2 of the non birding holiday in Cyprus. Hired a car to visit Orokilini lakes, Larnaca.
Highlights. Grt Flamingo, RC Pochard, Glossy Ibis, Ferruginous Duck, Squacco Heron, Cattle Egret

End of the first week on Cyprus with Mrs W. Supposed to be a non birding break, anyway highlights so far - Bee Eater, Turtle Dove, Laughing Dove, Whiskered Tern, Crested Lark.

Excellent morning at Minsmere today. Highlights, Red Necked Phalarope ( Lifer for me), Common Sandpiper, Little Stint ( very early), Little Gull, Garganey.

Buckenham Marshes this am - 2 x Wood Sandpiper.
Strumpshaw afterwards - Hobby, Kingfisher & Otter the best. Generally very quiet

Having seen your photos and location, I had to return to the heath this morning. Cant believe I dipped them yesterday.
After a wait, 2 x RO finally appeared out of the gorse bushes, along with several Mistle Thrush.
Also treated to site and song of a Nightingale.

This morning
Dunwich Heath - 2 x Stone Curlew, Dartford Warbler, Woodlark.
Westleton Heath - Dartford Warbler. No sign of Nightingale from yesterday.

Sorry, also Little Ring Plover.

Visit to Hickling Broad today.
Highlights - Hen Harrier ( F ), Garganey, Spoonbill, Willow Warbler, Blackcap.
Purple Heron reported on 08/04 but staff not aware where sited. Any further information would be appreciated.

Diver species heading upstream from Herringfleet approx 1 hour ago. Brief siting as it headed towards the swing bridge.

Numerous GSW drumming.

Worlingham Marshes this am - highlights 1 x SEOwl, 1 x Red Kite, 1 x Marsh Tit ( near sign warning of shooting allowed. Left along Angles Way)

1000+ starlings around the new pig enclosures at Covehithe this am. Disturbed by the farmer, they took off and I was treated to murmurations for some time until they re settled.

Good to see early House Martin & Swift.

Buckenham Marshes - Highlights after the mist lifted Geese Pinkies, White Fronted, Barnacle, Peregrine, Fieldfare.
Strumpshaw - Mainly frozen. Highlights Water Rail, Snipe, Redwing.
