Another beautiful thing was my new job has a slack group for queer folks and they do a monthly show and tell and someone shared their pottery, another shared etchings, and someone showed the most insane closeup shots of constellations and stars they took with their pro camera for fun. I cried.

My friends and I are using LetterLoop to make mini newsletters with prompts. We all submit answers and it drops bi weekly in our app/inboxes and we comment on each others thoughts. It has made us laugh, cry and get inspired. Even though I talk to many of them weekly, I learn so much about them.

Well, isn’t this just a bunch of lies? The White House moved to clarify Musk’s role within the DOGE after a court filing this morning stated that the tech billionaire is neither an employee nor an administrator of the commission and has “no actual or formal authority to make government decisions.”

Musk’s staffers are accessing the heavily guarded Internal Revenue Service (IRS) system, which contains detailed financial information on every taxpayer, business, and nonprofit in the country.

Storytellers will be the ones to see us through this. Stories help us remember where we come from and what we’ve been through. They inspire us to imagine new and better futures. A love of storytelling fosters empathy, compassion, and curiosity.
